Composed of gypsum (selenite) which is hydrated calcium sulphate; it will disintegrate in water. White with light brown specks of sand that highlight its contours.
Like a lotus emerging from the mud, the desert rose is a wondrous find in the evaporative deposits of the desert. It is a gentle grounding stone that clarifies thinking and mental acuity.
Approx. 15 - 25 cm. No two pieces are alike. Each one will slightly vary in size, shape and colour.
